Design contest

What kind of design will stand a better chance?

As a rule of thumb, submit an original design that people would wear on t-shirt. Plagiarism is not something you should be proud of, even if we don't notice it (yet), some one would and your design will be removed immediately.

Try not to use more than 8 colors in your design, we would approve exceptional design that uses more than 8 colors though. Due to printing limitation at the moment, don't use color gradient in the design too.

How are the designs being selected?

Marketability is the key, that means whether the design would look appealing on t-shirt with eyeballs attracted! So, how would we know whether the design will be popular? The voting and comments help give us an idea on what our customers want, but ultimately the decision of which designs to be printed are up to us.

We haven't really fixed on how many and how often winners are selected, but most likely we will select a batch of winners every month for now.

How are the winners getting paid?

We will notify the winners via email and payment will be made via cheque (Malaysia winners only) or PayPal.

Do I keep the rights to my design?

To put it in layman's, you are giving us exclusive rights to print and sell your design if it is selected. Otherwise, we will not use the design except for displaying it on our website and promotional content if required. You are advised to read and accept our legal terms for design submission before submitting your design.

Design voting

How many times can I vote?

Every member can only vote once per design. You are encouraged to ask your friends to vote on your designs.

It's not recommended to create multiple accounts and vote on your design. We are tracking ghost voting and we have the rights to disqualify the votes if such activities are suspected.

It will also be meaningless if you vote down all other designs (not submitted by you), be sincere and fair to your fellow designers.

Why do I have to be a member to vote?

We try to make the votes as genuine as possible, otherwise ghost voting could be worse (read above).

Of course, we also intend to understand our members more, so that we can analyze, improve and serve you all better in the future.

How long is my design up for voting?

At the moment, we haven't set any deadlines for voting. The voting will only be closed for printed designs.

So, do promote your work as long as it's not printed yet. The design will still stand a chance of being selected even though it has been there for quite a while.

Product & sizing

How do I know which size I wear?

Our sizing tends to run relatively smaller, for example if you usually wear a S size, you will need to order a M size here.

The only way to be sure is to read our size chart. It's easy to find out which size fits you the best by grabbing a t-shirt that you currently own, measure it and compare with our size chart.

It will be great too to remember your size with us so that it will be more convenient if you return and order from us again.

What is the cutting of the t-shirts?

T-shirt will appear slim fit on guys especially for smaller size. Ladies on another hand is a standard baby tee whereby sleeves are shorter and waist width is smaller than chest's.

Larger sizes are not available yet, let us know if you think we should provide it sooner!

What are the materials of your t-shirts?

Everyone has their own preference so we think it's best to provide a mixture of t-shirt materials:

  • RekaCotton: 100% Cotton
    RekaCotton is the most comfortable material for some people. It's soft but not as thin as the other materials.
  • RekaCool: 60% Polyester - 40% Cotton
    RekaCool will maintain its shape even after a few washes, good if you are looking for a solid looking tee.
  • RekaChill: 50% Polyester - 50% Cotton
    RekaChill is arguably the thinnest material of all and it's refreshing to wear in hot weather.
  • RekaEco: 60% Polyester - 40% Cotton
    RekaEco has the same material with RekaCool but it's pre-dyed therefore carries a slight beige colour.

The material of each individual t-shirt is stated in respective product page.

How should I care for my t-shirts?

Technical instructions are wash cold, no bleach, tumble dry low, do not dry clean, do not iron design.

Layman instructions are turn inside out to wash and iron.

Easiest one is to pass it to your mum or girlfriend!

Is the website secure?

How do I order the t-shirts?

It is easy! Just browse our t-shirt catalog, click on the t-shirt size you like and after you have done shopping, checkout your shopping cart.

You can read this guide if you need help on order and payment related matters.

Note: To make things easy, you don't even need to register as a member to purchase the t-shirts from us.

How do I get those coupons?

We will announce discount coupons from time to time via various channels.

What payment methods do you accept?

a) Bank transfer (Ringgit Malaysia only)

You can manually transfer, cash or cheque deposit the total amount of your purchase (including shipping charges if applicable) into our bank account:

After making payment, please email us at with the following details:

1. Order no (will be emailed to you once you have ordered).

2. Payment date and time.

3. Payment method (Cheque / Cash / Maybank2u).

4. Transaction reference number (for Maybank2u).

We might request the proof of payment (example, bank-in slip) if necessary, please keep it safe until you have received your order.

Please take note that order will only be processed after the payment is made (and cheque is cleared).

b) iPay88 (Ringgit Malaysia only)

PayPal is the only payment option for you if you are paying with currency other than Ringgit Malaysia, or using AMEX / Discover credit card.

How do I check my order status?

It will be easier if you are a registered member, just login and go to your profile page, click "My orders" and you should be able to see all your order history.

Otherwise, you can go to the order status page and enter your order no and email. Make sure to enter this information as it was input during the order was placed.

Shipping & delivery

How much is shipping?

The shipping price is auto-calculated based on your shipping address and weight (or order quantity).

To find out how much shipping is, add the items that you'd like to buy to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. The shipping cost will be calculated after you've enter your shipping address.

 Enjoy free shipping without any minimum purchase, even if you order just one tee. This is applicable to whole Malaysia including Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan. For Singapore & Indonesia, enjoy free shipping if you purchase 3 or more tees!

How long does it take to receive my order?

Under normal circumstances, you get to receive your order within 5 business days (7 business days for East Malaysia, 7-14 business days for international orders) from the day you place your order and make payment.

For bank transfer, please allow additional 3 business days for verification and bank clearance.

What if I haven't received my order?

Something might have gone wrong if you still haven't received your order within 8 business days (15 business days for international orders) after you've placed your order and made payment.

You can refer to our shipping policy on how to track your order. Otherwise, do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, but we only ship to Singapore and Indonesia for now. If your country is not included, tell us to ship to your country!

Return & exchange

What is your return & exchange policy?

We really hope that you are happy with the t-shirts. But if for some reasons you are not, send us an email at within 14 days from the day order is received.

Please read our return & exchange policy for more information.

Do I have to pay to send back a wrong or defective item?

Of course not, we will reimburse the shipping charges into for your future purchase.
